The Fort Lawn Commissary offers use of our commercial kitchen for reasonable rates for daily, monthly, and yearly rental. We also offer use of our lounge hall for meetings, birthday, anniversary, weddings and divorce parties. Ask about our lounge hall rentals for availability.
Our F.A.S.T. program trains your staff and managers in ServSafe's Food and Alcohol Safety Certification. Our classes are designed to enhance intellectual growth and promote engagement. Take a look through our site to learn more about us.
Monthly leases are designed for each licensed food vendor all adjusted to accommodate your needs. Freezer and fridge space, dry stock storage space, grease dump, trash dump, grey water disposal, fresh water fill up are some of the benefits of our commercial kitchen,
We offer multiple programs for the individual or group. Booking is simple, just click on the booking tab and pick your package.
We have different food safety programs for managers as well as staff for your restaurant needs. Group rates for more than 10 participants.
ServSafe Alcohol Safety
We offer alcohol safety programs designed to encourage staff to engage with guest in a respectable manner, to deter bad experiences, and to promote healthy alcohol consumption.
